Directions

1. Measure out your dry and wet ingredients.

   

2. In a large bowl or mixing bowl combine warm milk, melted butter, sugar, egg , egg yolks, and yeast. Mix until combined

   

3. Add in your flour mixture and salt. Mix together with a dough hook for 5 min on low. You can also turn your dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead until it is smooth. Sometimes you may need to add extra flour so your dough isn’t tacky or sticking to surfaces.

   

4. Put your dough in a lightly greased bowl and let it rise for 1.5 to 2 hours.

   

5. It should double in size.

   

6. Turn your dough out on a floured surface. Roll into a rectangle shape.

   

7. Combine your sugar/cinnamon mixture . Using a pastry brush spread the melted butter. Sprinkle with the sugar mixture. Roll the dough up tightly.

   

8. Put into loaf pan. Let rise for another hour.

   

9. In a small bowl mix together the egg wash. Gently brush the wash with a pastry bush on the top of the loaf.

10. Bake in the oven at 350f for 45-55 minutes. Until deeply golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Slice and top with butter.
