Refund policy

We created AllSprouts with families in mind, and we want every order to arrive safely and correctly. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us at hello@allsprouts.com.

Refunds

Because AllSprouts products are food items, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo of the product and packaging, if applicable
  • Date the package was received

After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Cancellations and Order Changes

All orders are final once they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.

If you need to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@allsprouts.com. Additional shipping charges may apply if items are added after the order has already been processed.
