Ingredients
1 cup sprouted oat flour
½ tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
⅓ c whole milk
2 tbsp butter
1 egg
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Cut butter with a pastry cutter or food processor. We found that a food processor worked best.
Add in the liquid ingredients and gently mix.
Mix gently.
The dough will be sticky, but it will feel dense. This is normal when using 100% whole-grain flours.
Drop them in tbsp-sized portions on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 400-425 for 12-015 min. Until lightly golden brown.
