These muffins have a great flavor, soft and are easy to make ahead.
Ingredients

1 ¼ c rolled oats

¾ c. flour
-
¼ c sprouted flax
-
¼ c. sprouted rye
-
2/3c. cane sugar
-
1 ½ tsp baking powder
-
1 tsp baking soda
-
1 egg
-
2 c. smashed banana
-
1/3c oil
-
Garnish with oatmeal

Directions
Mix together flours , baking soda, baking
powder in a bowl.
Blend together oil, egg , banana and sugar.
Add in dry ingredients .
Put into muffin tins.
Make crumble:
¾ c oatmeal1.
¼ c rye2.
1 c flour3.
¾ c. brown sugar4.
⅓ c. melted butter5.
¼ c. chopped pecans ( if desired)6.
Mix together and add on top of muffins.
Bake at 350 F
