Peanut butter cookies with sprouted oat flour
Ingredients

¾ c creamy peanut butter

½ c. brown sugar

¼ c. cane sugar

1 egg
-
1 tsp vanilla
-
1c. sprouted oat flour
-
½ tsp baking powder
-
½ tsp baking soda
-
½ tsp salt
Directions
Cream together butter and sugar
Beat in egg
Add in peanut butter.
Add in flour, soda, baking powder, vanilla and
salt. Don’t over mix.
You can either weigh out the cookies to the
same size each or use a scoop and put on to a
cookie tray.
