Ingredients

1 TBSP sprouted flax

1 ½ tbsp sprouted oat flour

2 tbsp butter
-
1 small onion
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
2 c. milk
-
1 ½c pasta
-
¼ heavy cream
-
shrimp as much as you like

1 tsp dried oregano
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
½ tsp red chili flakes
-
½ tsp salt and pepper to taste

¼ grated cheese

5-6 garlic cloves
Directions
Boil the dry pasta as instructed on the package. Do not over cook your pasta. Set aside and make the sauce.
Melt 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter. Add in chopped garlic and cook for about 1 min.
Add in 1 ½ tbsp oat flour plus 1 tbsp flax . Whisk together and slowly add in the milk and cream. Cook until thick.
Add in seasoning and combine.
Sautee onions until tender.
Add in shrimp and cook until ready.
Add sauce to pasta and mix gently.
Mix in onions and shrimp.
Ingredients all pre measured out for easy making.
