Ingredients

1c sprouted oat flour

2 c. all purpose flour

½ c milk

4 tbsp melted butter ( you may use oil if preferred)

2 tbsp sugar

2 tsp salt

1 package active dry yeast
Directions
Put your dry ingredients together in a bowl
Add in all the ingredients together and gentle mix together.
Mix together for 5 mins with dough hook.
Kneaded the bread until it forms a firm ball.
Put into a greased bowl , cover and let rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
Flour the surface you will be using and gently roll out dough to shape into loaf.
Lightly brush loaf with honey and roll thought rolls( optional) you may skip if you like. Let it rise for another 1 hour.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins.
