140 g unsalted butter

1 c all purpose flour

½ c sprouted wheat

3 tbsp sprouted flax

¾ tsp baking soda

145 g brown sugar

65 g sugar

1 egg

1 tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla

85 g dark chocolate chopped

85 g semi sweet chocolate

Flaky salt is optional
Directions
Brown Butter Instructions
You will melt the butter in a pan on stove. It will turn a foam that is dense and give you golden specks. Around 10 min for your butter to turn into brown butter. Pour into a bowl and let it cool until it reaches room temperature.
Cookie Instructions
Fit a paddle attachment onto mixer and mix your brown butter for 20 seconds.
Add egg, milk, and vanilla
Beat until creamy looking.
Add flour mixture and mix until just combined.
Add in chocolate
Refrigerate dough for a few hours.
Bake at 350 for 10 min
