Ingredients

1 c sprouted kamut flour

2 ½ c. all purpose flour

1 packet rapid rise yeast

½ tsp salt

1 c warm milk
-
3 tbsp honey
-
4 tbsp salted butter
-
1 egg
-
flaky salt
-
6 tbsp butter
-
3 tbsp honey
Honey Glaze
Directions
Mix together flours, yeast and salt into a bowl.
Add in milk, honey, egg and butter that is melted.
Mix with a dough hook until the flour is thoroughly mixed.
If dough is sticky add abit more flour. Knead the dough until firm. Let rise for 1 hour.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into half.
In another bowl, measure out honey and butter.
Melt together
Roll out your dough and lightly brush with honey/butter mixture.
Using a pizza cutter, cut your dough into strips. Roll up the dough..
Place rolls into a 9x13 baking dish. Brush with remaining honey/butter. Top with salt. Let rise for 1 more hour.
Bake at 350°F for 18-20 minutes
Let cool slightly.
