2 2/3 c all-purpose flour

1 c. powdered sugar

¼ c + 3 tbsp sprouted whole wheat

225 g. unsalted butter

56 g egg ( or 1 egg)

pinch of salt

120 g unsalted butter

130 g sugar

2 eggs

150 ground almond meal

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

1 tsp almond flavoring

¼ tsp vanilla flavoring

6 plums

2 tbsp brown sugar

Tart Shell
Sift together flour and powdered sugar
Cream butter at high speed in a mixer
Add in egg and mix
Add in flour mixture
Roll out and put into a tart pan

Filling
Beat together butter and sugar
Until it forms a light colour
Add in almond meal, flour and flavouring
Pour on top of unbaked tart shell
Slice the plums into thin slices.
Sprinkle with brown sugar
Bake for 45-50 mins.The temperature of the oven should be 320°F
Let cool
