Ingredients

½ c sprouted pastry flour ( or sprouted whole grain wheat flour)

¼ c sprouted spelt flour

¼ c sprouted rye flour

2 ½ tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp water

½ tsp rosemary ( you may add any herb you like ) this recipe was made with rosemary , but if you are looking for a salt and black pepper cracker. Feel free to add those herb instead of the rosemary.

Directions
Measure out your ingredients
Pour all dry ingredients into a food processor
Pulse in your oil and water until mixture comes together.
Your flour mixture should look like this.
Pour mixture onto a lightly floured surface and knead for a min or two. It should be soft but not tacky/sticky. Let it rest for 10 min. Divide dough in half and roll out until very thin. Do this to other half of dough as well.
Preheat oven for 400 f . Line your baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut dough into squares.
Brush the crackers with a bit of oil and sprinkle salt and rosemary on top. Bake for 8 mins until nice and brown.
Let them cool and storage in an air tight container.
