Directions

1. Measure out your ingredients

   

2. Pour all dry ingredients into a food processor

   

3. Pulse in your oil and water until mixture comes together.

   

4. Your flour mixture should look like this.

   

5. Pour mixture onto a lightly floured surface and knead for a min or two. It should be soft but not tacky/sticky. Let it rest for 10 min. Divide dough in half and roll out until very thin. Do this to other half of dough as well.

   

6. Preheat oven for 400 f . Line your baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut dough into squares.

   

7. Brush the crackers with a bit of oil and sprinkle salt and rosemary on top. Bake for 8 mins until nice and brown.

   

8. Let them cool and storage in an air tight container.
