Green Smoothie
This smoothie is creamy and yummy with so many nutritious benefits. Start your day with this delicious smoothie.
Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1/4 avocado
1 scoop of your favourite protein supplement
1 cup fresh greens of your choice
1/2 cup of milk of your choice
1 tbsp sprouted bio-kinetics flax
Directions:
Mix all ingredients into a blender and blend until smoothie and creamy . Pour into a glass and enjoy!
