Easy to make , great for morning breakfast.
Ingredients

2 Tbsp sprouted flax
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 scoop your favourite protein choice
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 2/3 milk of choice
Directions
Mix together in a blender. Spray oil on a pan and pour the amount of mixture you like on to pan. Cook and flip. Repeat until all batter is use.
You may use topping and fillings on your choice.
