This sprouted oat chocolate lava cake is rich, cozy, and perfect to make this month! Baked with our organic sprouted oat flour, it has a soft cake texture and a tasty chocolate sweetness. Top with vanilla ice cream this is sure to be a favorite.
Ingredients

6 oz high quality semi sweet chocolate

½ c unsalted butter

¼ c sprouted oat flour

½ c powdered sugar

1/8 tsp salt

2 large eggs
-
2 large egg yolks
-
toppings: ice cream, chocolate and berries
Directions
Lightly grease 6 ramekins and preheat oven to 425 f
Chop up semi sweet chocolate. Add in butter and melt together until smooth.
Mix together flour, sugar, and salt. Add in eggs and egg yolks. Mix until combined. Slowly stir everything together. Your batter should be thick.
Batter should look like this.
Pour into ramekins.
Bake for 12 minutes. The top will look soft, or jelly yet. You do not what to over bake .
Let them cool for 1 minute, then turn them over on to a plate.
Add toppings of your choice and serve .
