Directions

1. Gather all your ingredients

   

2. In a bowl, put in warm water and add the yeast. Let this turn foamy.

   

3. Once ready, add in the oil, flour and salt. Mix until combined.

   

4. Knead on a lightly floured surface. Place in a greased bowl and let rise until doubled in size.

   

5. Preheat oven to 500 f, or you can use a fire over whichever you choose . Once dough has doubled in size punch down and gentle roll into a circle shape. You can do this on parchment paper and then transfer to baking sheet.

   

6. It should look similar to this.

   

7. Spread the pizza sauce on top.

   

8. Add the rest of the toppings and bake for 10 mins until the cheese is bubbly.
