Protein Energy Bites
These snacks are quick , easy and delicious. Let us know how you enjoy these snacks.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup old fashion organic oats

2/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sprouted flax
- 1/2 cup organic chocolate chips or mini m&ms

1/3 cup honey

1 tablespoon chia seed

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 scoop your favourite protein powder (optional )
Directions:
Mix together in a bowl you may add extra honey if needed. Roll into bite size balls. Put into refrigerator and chill. Enjoy.
